1. General Questions
Date and venue of the trade fair?
17-19 September 2024, the FORUM Pavilion, the EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds (Moscow).
May I visit the trade fair with a child?
Yes. There are no age limits at the trade fair (the event has a 0+ status).
Do I need to buy a ticket for a child?
Children under 14 do not require a visitor badge to enter. To confirm the child's age, you will need the relevant official documents.
2. Visitor registration
How much does a trade fair ticket cost? How do I buy it?
A visitor badge is free of charge by filling in the registration form online. The badge will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the registration from; you'll have to print it and take with you and show it when entering the trade fair. Visitor's badge is valid for the entire period of the event
What shall I do if I registered online but didn’t receive a visitor badge to my e-mail?

What do I do if I got the badge but can't print it?
Please come to the check-in desk at the West or South entrance, provide your last name and get your badge.
What is the validity period of a visitor's badge?
Visitor badge is valid for the entire period of the event.
What do I do if I lose my badge?
Please come to the check-in desk at the entrance, provide your last name and ask to print your badge again.
3. Visiting the venue
How to get to the trade fair?
14 Krasnopresnenskaya naberezhnaya, Moscow.
Where can I find the list of companies participating in the trade fair?
Please kindly check the online exhibitor catalogue.
How do I navigate at the trade fair?
Upon entering the registration area, you can get an exhibition guide with a list of participants, a plan and a business programme. The trade fair plan will be placed additionally in front of the entrances to the trade fair halls. We also recommend that you look through the list of participants published in the exhibition online catalogue in advance.
Is there Wi-Fi at the trade fair?
No. The EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds have a Wi-Fi network however, unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee its quality.
Is there an ATM in the pavilion?
Yes, there is. ATMs are located in the gallery between Pavilions 2 and 8 (main level).
