1. General Questions

Would it be possible to have advertising activities without formalizing the trade fair participant status?
Advertising services are only available for participants. However, there is an option to become a Partner without having a stand.
How to order extra equipment, Internet, badges, parking spaces and cleaning services? When is the best time to do it?
You are free to order extra equipment by filling out relevant forms.  It is highly recommended to order extra equipment in advance, since during the trade fair prices increase (due to extra transportation and costs to deliver the equipment to the trade fair).
How are the exhibits transported to the trade fair? What documents do you need to have at hand?
To transport exhibits to the fairgrounds, you need to draw up a power of attorney (D.01) and a letter of transportation (D.03) and, based on them, get a pass to the EXPOCENTRE Central Exhibition Complex. You may download a letter on entry procedures with sample documents from the website.
How are exhibits protected? Is it possible to leave valuables and equipment on the stand on a move-in day or during the trade fair working hours?
On installation days, the security is responsible for the safety of the exposition only at night-time (8PM to 8AM). In the day-time, security is responsible only for the perimeter of the exposition (i.e. does not allow any removal of exhibits without a proper permission of the Trade Fair Management Office). In the day-time (8AM to 8PM) it is not advisable to leave valuables on the stands unguarded, since the Exhibitor is responsible for safeguarding them.

During the exhibiting days, the exhibits are safeguarded in the evening and night-time hours, 8PM to 8AM. During working hours (10AM to 8PM) only general law enforcement services are provided in the pavilion, while Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of personal belongings on stands at that time.
Where is the Management Office during the exhibiting days?
You can always find a representative of the Organizer directly in the Management Office in the exhibition, which works daily, including the move-in day, 9AM to 7 PM.
Where and when can you get badges for participants who will work at the stand?
Badges for participants are given on the last day of installation, on 16 September 2024, 9AM to 7PM, directly at the trade fair, the Management Office.
How to get permission to remove exhibits after the official closing of the trade fair?
To remove exhibits from the fairgrounds, you need a D.01 power of attorney and a relevant letter or transportation/removal (form D.03).

Participants draw up permissions to remove exhibits promptly as soon as the trade fair is closed.

Can I get invitations to send to partners and clients?
You may get e-tickets and banners to announce your participation in newsletters, on websites and social media closer to the start of the event. The organizer publishes all materials at least 1 month before the trade fair is started.
What is an equipped and unequipped exhibition space?
The standard equipped exhibition space is a stand with the required minimum set of equipment (wall panels, carpet, lamps, table, chairs, a fascia board with an inscription, etc.).

Unequipped exhibition spaces (a bare floor in the pavilion) are ordered by companies that wish to install an exclusive stand of their own, or by small companies that have their own relocatable stands. The cost of unequipped space does not include walls, carpeting, furniture, etc.

There is no public Wi-Fi, however Exhibitors are free to order Wi-Fi or wireline Internet to their stands.
