According to Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VTsIOM) , among the leaders of the ideal New Year's holiday in 2021 for Russians were holiday homes (38%), trips to relatives and friends (32%) and educational recreation with excursions and trips to memorable places (26%). Experts are noticing an upward trend in travel around the country as coronavirus vaccinations gain momentum and the shift to remote work becomes a reality in the long term. For decades, the majority of Russians plan New Year's holidays very carefully. And the duration of the trip could be more like a full-fledged vacation than a weekend tour. Of course, there is still a high risk of travel disappointment in 2021, as the ability to dream about an upcoming trip was previously paralyzed by cancellation fatigue. However, as the holiday gets closer, the wanderlust becomes more difficult to contain. Session speakers will talk about ideal destinations for the New Year holidays.
