MatchMaking appointment service helps you:
- To check the list of exhibitors and trade visitors in advance before the show;
- To make appointments with representatives of the companies and sectors you are interested to work with;
- To agree on the agenda of business negotiations and plan your time at the exhibition.
How to use the service:
- Register as a trade visitor on the exhibition’s website. You will receive a letter with your login and password for the events.sk.ru website within 24 hours on the email provided during registration.
- Follow the link from the e-mail to your profile on events.sk.ru platform.
- Add your photo in the personal account. This will help to draw attention to your profile and identify you in person.
- Go to page “My events” — “OTDYKH Leisure 2019 International Tourism Forum Exhibition” — “Meetings with exhibitors and visitors”.
- Using search filters, select the category of exhibitors and visitors.
- Make an appointment to the exhibitor or visitor and wait for their confirmation.
At the exhibition:
- Find the specially designed Matchmaking business area.
- Come there at the appointed time (you will be met by the administrators of the Matchmaking business area).
- Check-in at the Matchmaking registration desk.
- Wait for the negotiation partner at the assigned table.

Limited time: max. 20 minutes for a meeting. Max. Number of meetings — 10.
